1. Acceptance of terms

Use of the srm-systems.com website and the hiring of services offered by SRM Systems implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of services

SRM Systems provides web development, hosting, software licensing, computer equipment sales, and information technology consulting services. The specific scope of each service will be agreed in writing in an individual quote or contract.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) plus VAT, unless otherwise indicated. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. For recurring services (hosting, licenses) an invoice will be issued in advance of the due date.

4. Service renewal

Hosting and license services are automatically renewed at the end of each contracted period, unless written cancellation notice is received at least 15 days in advance.

5. Intellectual property

The code, design, and materials developed on a custom basis are subject to the corresponding contract. Once 100% of the project is paid, usage rights are transferred to the client, while SRM Systems retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.

6. Warranty and support

Our services come with the guarantees detailed on the /en/warranty page. Technical support is included according to the contracted service level (SLA).

7. Limitation of liability

SRM Systems will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or issues arising from force majeure, third-party attacks, failures of external services, or user actions that violate recommended best practices.

8. Acceptable use policy

It is prohibited to use SRM Systems services for: sending spam, distributing malware, illegal content, copyright violation, or activities that compromise the integrity of our network. Violation is grounds for immediate suspension.

9. Cancellation and refunds

For hosting we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. For custom development, partial payments are non-refundable once work has begun. For software licenses, the manufacturer's policy applies once the license is activated.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
